Aleksandra is a New Zealand fully trained, Registered Health Psychologist and Clinical Arts Therapist. With the breadth of extensive training, research and internships, she has developed specialist interests in different areas of psychology and arts therapy. Her extensive training and experience allowed her to develop commitment to excellence and appreciation of the vulnerability, diversity and presentation of people.
For Aleksandra’s clients, her main assets are her approachable demeanour, emphasis on health and wellbeing and straightforward appraisal of their unique needs and situation. She is committed to providing an exceptional, personalised service with the utmost standards of quality and confidentiality.
She enjoys having a broad practice as it allows her to apply her skills to many areas of psychology, including Health Psychology (adult and paediatric), Child and Family, and Occupational Health Psychology.
Aleksandra’s work mainly focuses on supporting children and adults with pain management, chronic illnesses, and other health issues, helping individuals manage stress and support psychological wellbeing.
Aleksandra also works with organisations designing flexible and people-centred workplace interventions to prevent burnout and improve employee and organizational health and wellbeing.
